Free Trials Try Before You Buy
Before purchasing any subscription or reseller plan, we strongly encourage you to request a free trial. Our trials give you real access to our streams so you can judge the quality yourself.
To request a free trial, message us directly on WhatsApp or Telegram through our Contact page. Trials are typically set up within the hour and run for a short period to give you a genuine experience of our service.
We offer free trials because we believe in what we sell. If the stream quality, channel list, or device compatibility does not meet your expectations during the trial, we would much rather know before you subscribe than after.
Subscription Refund Eligibility
We understand that things do not always go as expected. Our refund eligibility for IPTV subscriptions is as follows:
Eligible for Refund
- You experienced persistent technical issues that our support team was unable to resolve within 48 hours of your first report
- The service you received was materially different from what was described on our website at iptv service.
- You contacted us within 24 hours of purchase and had not used more than a minimal portion of your subscription
Not Eligible for Refund
- You purchased without requesting a free trial and changed your mind after activation
- Your issue was caused by your own internet connection, device, or third-party application
- You have used a significant portion of your subscription period
- You purchased an annual or long-term plan and request a refund after 7 days of use
- The subscription was purchased as a gift and has been activated by the recipient
Reseller Panel Refund Policy
Reseller panel credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of this product, refunds on reseller credit purchases are not available once credits have been activated or used.
If you experience a technical issue with your reseller panel that prevents you from using it entirely, please contact us immediately through what’sApp. We will investigate and resolve the issue or provide a suitable remedy on a case by case basis.

White Label App Refund Policy
White label app rebranding is a custom service. Work begins on your order shortly after payment is confirmed. For this reason, refunds are not available once design and development work has commenced.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no additional cost. We want you to be happy with your branded application.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:
- Your order reference or username
- The email or contact details used at purchase
- A clear description of the issue you experienced
- Any screenshots or evidence of the technical problem if applicable
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days depending on your payment method.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you always contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our team may result in account suspension and could affect your ability to use our services in future.
